By accessing and using MarketPro, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchasing. Sellers must accurately describe their products and deliver them as promised. Both parties agree to use the escrow system for all transactions.
All payments are processed through our secure escrow system. Funds are held until the buyer confirms receipt of the product. Disputes must be opened within 72 hours of the transaction.
Users may not engage in fraud, sell stolen accounts, distribute malware, or violate any applicable laws. Violations will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
MarketPro charges a 5% commission on all successful transactions. Payment processing fees may also apply. All fees are clearly displayed before completing a transaction.
MarketPro is not responsible for the actions of third-party sellers. We provide the platform and escrow service but cannot guarantee the quality of all products sold.
